SHOPPING FAQ

 

What do you bring to your appointment? Make sure to check these items off of your list so you’re set for a successful day of wedding dress shopping.

1. Inspiration.

Bringing along wedding dress inspiration to your appointment is very important. Some great ways to share your wedding inspiration are through your personal pinterest board, printing out photos or telling us all about your favorite designer. If you’re not sure about what you’re looking for we will lead you in the right direction.

2. Proper undergarments.


While shape wear and the perfect bra aren’t totally necessary until your first fitting, feeling and looking your best will ultimately help you feel more confident to find the dress of your dreams. It’s also possible that you don’t want to wear a bra on your wedding day as most dresses have the structure to support you without one.

3. Appropriate shoes.

Already bought your wedding shoes? Great! If not, bring along similar-looking shoes to the pair you’d like to wear on your wedding day (think heels vs. flats).

4. Your squad.


Make sure you bring along a few close family members and friends to help you “Say Yes”. Keep in mind though that less is definitely more—too many opinions from eager family members and friends can ultimately make your decision tougher.

 

BUYING FAQ

 

Can I buy the gowns online?
Yes it is possible to buy your gown online, our sizing method is easy we send you a size charts to fill out with videos how to take each part in our technic to avoid any mistakes. Once the gown is ready we send you videos and pictures for your approval before we ship it to you with DHL. If you’d like to make an order online please get in touch with our Boutique via our contact form.

When should I expect to receive my gown?
Your gown typically arrives 6-8 weeks after we made the order. The dress is delivered to us directly from our atelier and we perform a thorough quality control check on each gown.
Once we are satisfied the gown is perfect, we’ll call you to schedule a first fitting, arrange shipping and final payment.

How do I pay for my gown?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, debit cards as well as cash. We require a 30% deposit at the time you order your customized gown. When the gown arrives at our store and passes our quality control check, we’ll contact you to let you know and to schedule a fitting. When you’re all satisfied and about the take the dress with you after the fittings, we require payment of the remaining 70% balance. If you are buying a sample gown off the rack, we require 100% payment and you must take the dress home with you that day. If you’ve requested that we ship your gown, your balance must be paid for in full before it can be shipped.
